The hotel is in the alley, bad rooms compared to the price. The 6th floor without a lift is a nightmare.

The hostel is located right at Dong Kinh Nghia Thuc Square, 3p walk away, but the guest house in the wide alley only 1 person walks in, the little sign looking back and forth to see, no stairs machine, breakfast is baked bread baked egg

Staff are friendly and enthusiastic. Near the central area, it is suitable for those who like to walk to explore the old quarter of Hanoi.

The service was not good, the staffs were not friendly. the room too much bad smell and have a lot of ant in our room did not have receptionist in the counter

In addition to the small alley, the hotel is quite high and no elevator should climb too high sky. The rest is good

When we arrived at the hotel, they told us, that the hotel is full and there's no room for us, finally the hotel manager organised a simple room for us in an other hotel in an other street... for the breakfast we had to walk to an other hotel again. Not such a great experience, but at least we finally got a place to stay - even small bed, no window, no lake view, no breakfast at the hotel...
