Decent Hotel

Great location and staffs are extremely helpful and friendly.

The location is very convenient, 7-11 right around the corner. The room we stayed at is very spacious and very clean. Staffs are very friendly.

When other rooms use the shower, it can be heard at night.

Staffs are courteous.

Very close to night market and city center. Breakfast is amazing

It's a nice place to stay. The only complain is that the shower place is very tiny, hard to move around.

The property is overall nice and the staffs were courteous, but it is too far from the closest train station. We found ourselves taking a cab on multiple occasions to get to our hotel from the nearest train station.

One of the better value hotels in the area, though some of the rooms have a lingering cigarette smell. The free breakfast is good, and there is free parking too. The rooms are larger than normal and are clean.

Wifi in 7 Floor was broken ,Carpet was old and not clean and room was smelling of cigarette smoke.

The big problem with this hotel was that my "non-smoking" room was filled with the smell of stale cigarette smoke. Even the pillows smelled of old smoke. It was absolutely sickening. When I requested to be transferred to a non-smoking room as my reservation indicated, the staff informed me that they would sweep the floors and install an air filter (this was not done.) Over my 4-night stay, the air gradually grew fresher as I was able to open the window.

Friendly staff. Rooms are clean in general. The only problem was shower. The room we stayed in had a big bathtub and small shower. The shower room was narrow, even if we had closed the shower door properly, water leaked out making the whole bathroom floor wet. But other than that we were happy with the stay.
