This hotel is part of the Best Western Sure Collection. I have stayed here several times before and not been disappointed. I am delighted to say that this stay was no different but actually exceeded expectations. The staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming. I booked in for an evening meal. My room was around the back where there was additional parking in from of the lodge. My room was a suite with a proper full size, king size bed. There were welcome gifts on hand and the whole room was laid out wonderfully with two desks, a settee, coffee table and chaise longue. There was a fridge which was very convenient. The bathroom was of a high standard with a shower that worked very well. The evening meal was adequate followed by a fantastic night's sleep and a well-cooked breakfast to start the day off right. My stay cost just over £100 which represented amazing value for money.

Booked a superior none pet room got a small double complained said it’s because I requested none pet room can’t down grade because of that must have superior none pet rooms should have been allocated wen booked . Luckily they moved us but were reluctant.

Amazing and the staff are brilliant

Room was in a small cottage 5 mins outdoor walk from Reception - had to park near reception. Dust on light fittings Hair grips from previous occupier strewn across floor near bed. Empty Shower Gel container 1 Hand and 1 Bath Towel for 2 people. Restaurant closed at 8PM on a Friday evening Will never stay here again

Splendid sraff.

Funny place, stayed in a chalet type room but was very relaxing . Nice bar and there was a good selection of beers and food. I will definitely stay there again.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is excellent and other meals are good value. The room was on the small side but well equipped and clean. The hotel is set in parkland with lovely views of the surrounding countryside.

Newly decorated room so pristine. Mattress coukd be better as a topper isn't the answer to everything especially on a soft mattress. The bath was big enough for me to gain my 25m breast stroke badge!

The staff are really helpful and welcoming. The room is lovely, with a sitting room and bathroom. It is very clean and in a good state of repair. The food was also very good

Room was ok not worth £85, the shower was cold and no pressure, the bed was really uncomfortable. Our room wasn’t in the hotel either it was like a little separate chalet that we were told to drive around to and when we got there we couldn’t park as people had parked in front of our chalet

A wonderful stay. Very comfortable room with additional seatingbarea and fridge. Loved the access to Netflix and Amazon because others before me hadn't cleared their accounts! Evening meal was very reasonable and the breakfast must be one the best I have had for a very long time.

Quiet and comfortable overnight stay. Excellent service. The novel accomodation is roomy but starting to show signs of it's age. Excellent breakfast. Nice ground's over looking fields . Overall VFM .
