good place to celebrate new year.... the room is clean and big.. comfort bed.. only the parking lot is quite difficult.. no direct access from besement to hotel.. luckily they have free vallet parking

Excellent Stay at the Grand Mercure Hotel. I had a wonderful experience at the Grand Mercure Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food. The hotel’s location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The second experience was unpleasant, at 2:00 PM the room was not ready, had to wait for approximately 1 hour, booked a deluxe room with 1 king size bed, but was given a double bed for 1509, the room's AC was not cold, had to be fixed with the excuse that the outdoor unit was off... my rest was disturbed by conditions like this.
