Water was not hot enough for a bath

Shower slippery, some lights not working, though very clean missing face cloths in bathroom

The Property changed names the day we arrived but no one told us so we had a hard time finding the place. The new girl tried to get my payment by CC but she said it didn't go through, so had to pay cash. She was very pleasant and apologized. The staff in the morning also tried to reassure me that the credit card wasn't charged. I will wait for the statement to make sure

Quiet easy access...

The bed only had 2 pillows for a queen bed and they were thin. Would have been nice to have 2 pillows each. The bed wasnt as comfy as I would have l liked and the tb remote was missing. Had to call the front desk for one.

A bit loud and a very strong pot smell in the hall. Something was biting us in the night. Breakfast was fine. The shower was either super hot or freezing cold. Staff was great. Very nice coffee machine in the lobby which was also nice.

The room I was placed in was not even close to the likeness of the one advertising, subscribed and payed for. The room was old and falling apart and the bed frame was made out of 2x4s. There was also and obvious privacy concern where the available blinds were not obstructing site from inside to outside at all. Additionally the wallpaper was falling off. After making complaints the staff was nice and provided accommodations into a much larger room that sadly was also aged but usable, there ware 2 missing light bulbs and 1 was broken and the hair fan plastic frame was cracked.

Nice stay

Room was dirty. There was poor bedding and very uncomfortable mattresses. Rooms are outdated and overall property is old and in need of updating. Way, way overpriced.

Beds are awful do not recomend and also the pillows disgusting you guys need to upgrade that because i am not booking another night at this place again

First thing we did when we entered the room is open the fridge to put our food but there was already old rotten sushi from the previous clients. Then we tried the beds they were like if you were sleeping on concrete and the pillows forget about it I dont even understand how they can make their clients sleep with these pillows. Then then shower were so low on pressure and we had hot water for a bit then it was cold water for the rest of the shower so yea i would not recomend but the staff were excellent nothing against you guys thank you.

When I booked this trip, the hotel room that was advertised absolutely beautiful, modern, and the reason I booked it in the first place. We get to the room and it’s in a small long building, with access right from the parking lot into the door. There was no lock on the inside of the door, only a door latch. I chose the option of a queen bed and was given a double. The shades that go infront of the window looking outside are broken and felt like people could look inside. Not happy with this experience and how falsely it was advertised and to be so disappointed and a bad start to our vacation.

I was in room 118. I beg the front desk lady for wash cloth to bath with she told me not until Monday. I told her that a lot of cold air was coming in from under the door, she told me she would tell maintenance. I stayed 3 nights up until i was leaving the door issue was not fix. At nights i use a towel to try block out the cold air.
