Room was excellent, everything clean, staff accomodating and helpful.

Stayed in 3 different Cusco hotels and this was by far the worst. My issues- the bed was very uncomfortable, was like sleeping on a rock. There is no way to close the window in the bathroom- this caused noise issues being placed on the first floor next to the hall way. Lastly the breakfast was terrible compared to the other hotels I stayed in Cusco. I was only planning to stay at 2 hotels in Cusco, but checkout early due to not being being able to sleep. Hope this helps other travelers…

Great location, staff is so helpful and friendly! Rooms are very clean, very comfortable beds. Low cost to do laundry and they stored our suitcases for free when we went to Machu Picchu.

This has modern finishes in an old property. Everything is clean and in order. Staffs are really welcoming and always nice and helpful. Breakfast is complete. Location is great with few walking distance to the main square. Centrally located but away from the main crowd

Staff was friendly, rooms cleaned everyday. The staff came and helped us on first day because we were suffering from altitude. They had an amazaing breakfast. We were a large group of 22 people.

Friendly staff. We liked the breakfast. Because it’s a restored colonial property, might not be ideal with the windows but we liked that this made it very dark at night.

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities were well maintained, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The laundry service took longer than we were told but all of the clothes were clean and returned before the end of our stay.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. If you have an excursion before 5am let them know in advance and they can pack breakfast for you. The room was always cleaned well and they even tidied up my toiletries and items when I left them out. Breakfast was a good selection and the fruits were always fresh and sweet. Location was good, short easy walking distance from Plaza de Armaand also handy that the Qorikancha and Church and Convent of Santo Domingo of Guzmán Iglesia y Convento de Santo Domingo de Guzmán is conveniently just across the road.

Hotel location is great and the rooms are comfortable. I did not rate 5 stars for two reasons: My room was below the breakfast area and the noises start around 5am as they arrange prior to opening. If you are a light sleeper like me it will wake you up. Second, they failed in securing my taxi upon arrival even though I had a long communication chain making the arrangements. They said that "the messages are read in Lima and it did not reach them". This is a terrible excuse and they should have offered some consideration for the failure which they did not.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, 2 block away from Plaza de Armas. Delicious breakfast, laundry services. Kind and helpul staff. Super clean. Would definitely stay again.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. You can walk to the centre anytime, and it's easy and convenient. The staff were all nice and friendly. However, remember that when people open or close the door, you can hear them. There is a window in the restroom that is not a vent. I highly recommend it still!

A good experience and a great breakfast.

La propiedad es muy bonita, acogedor, limpio, cerca de todo, seguro, personal muy amable y servicial. Lo único que quiero reseñar es que el desayuno debe tener variedad, por lo demás me gustó toda mi estadía.
