Excellent, good location and clean

It was fine, room a bit dirty and didn't even fully set the bed. Glad we had brought our own pillows.

It was crap. The only clean thing was sheets. Stank of cigarettes. Other 'guests' played loud music at 5am - and to top it off the list of rules revealed that it was actually crisis accommodation. Shameless rip-off.

Good presentation, helpful staff

It says 12mm should be quiet and respect other people who stayed there but that’s not what happened first night someone is shouting and loud for hours like from 1am to 3am. Friday night was fine it was quiet but Saturday day next to my room how many time should the people could go in and out? Every minute they open the door for who knows what’s the reason and so loud. I tried to have a good sleep as I have an early flight to catch but I didn’t sleep until 2am because of their noice.. it was so terrible and never again I will book a place there. No bins inside the room, no soap holder and it says on the photo microwave but there was none

Carpet smell so bad, couldnt sleep all night. Not recomended

Staff were lovely, however the towels provided were dirty, the area around the toilet was dirty, the showerhead didn't work and caught on the shower tap resulting in sudden changes of temperature, and the air conditioner was not functioning. Lastly the parking was narrow and difficult.

We got to our room and it was nothing like the pictures. There was dirty hand prints on the benches there was hair on the sink rubbish on the floor and mud on the floor. We where then shown 2 other rooms that where no better will not stay again

We ended up being upgraded to the the crest next door and it was excellent

Even body that I had dealings with was a great experience that I walked away with Thanks 😊
