Beautiful location, beautiful place, good breakfast, very nice place

The gentleman at the front desk wasn't friendly each time I saw him. No hot water one of the nights during our stay. Bathroom vent had no cover and looked dirty inside. Overall, it was just OK.

I had a problem at home (USA) I had call 3 days before but they refuse to cancel I went personally and I had the same answer to my request I gave my credit card and pay for 3 days I would not recommend at all Nahor&Romy Unsatisfy customers

Really nice, good food (dinner) friendly staff, georgeous view, place and sorroundings, wine tasting around. Clean and comfortable. The only minus is, not public transport around and we did not know, also the buffet breakfast not really interesting.

Beautiful property. Our comfort room has a mini veranda and great view. Breakfast is one of the finest. Staff is very pleasant. Pool is not heated because summer season is over. Great value.

It was the perfect location for a Tuscan experience. The drive out required our GPS but once we were there we didn’t want to leave. Thankfully we could have dinner and breakfast there, so we didn’t have to. We would go back in a heartbeat.

The room was very small and could be more maintained and the air condition was pretty weak and made an annoying noise. To get a a pool towel you need to pay 3 Euro for person. Other than that the location was nice, the the staff was nice and helpful.

Gorgeous place, a bit hard to get to, but for us it was a plus side of it! Would definitely go back as soon as we can xxx

Excellent hotel for a couple trip. Hotel is located in a remote area therefore I recommend everyone staying longer than one night to rent a car. Hotel is on a top of a Tuscany hill and the rooms have an amazing view over the valley. The pool is a must that you have to try before leaving. The restaurant is also really nice with a great menu and wine list. The bedrooms are equipped with A/C, mini-bar fridge, private bathroom and a very spacious wardrobe.

The hotel is situated close to the top of the hill. There is a made road leading from the main road to the hotel. The driving is comfortable though you may have to give way to the oncoming traffic because some parts of the road are narrow. Beautiful vineyard view during driving.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great value. Great cappuccinos by Franco every morning and they had prosecco to make mimosas at breakfast. Good enough variety at breakfast but go early as they don't replenish as much as they should. Minor feedback to the hotel that they should provide more serving cutlery (there really was a lack of this everyday at breakfast). They also charged 3 euro per person for pool towels per stay , which was reasonable but they didn't mention till we got the invoice upon leaving. Nice pool and nice balcony in room. Was a great base for 5 nights in Chianti while we did day trips all over Tuscany, about an hour away from Lucca/Pisa, Florence, Siena. They also gave us complimentary wine tasting tour and tasting voucher in Gaiole which we enjoyed as well.

Town close to wineries. Villa set amoungst olive trees and grapevines. Beautiful view. Had a nice dinner at the hotel making for a relaxing evening. Would not recommend traveling to / from in the dark. Narrow roads and a bit hard to find :)

The hotel is miles from any main city The road up to the hotel is very narrow and of a poor standard The food is very limited at the hotel and rather expensive The room had a lot of mould on the walls and was not very warm,even though it was an economy room would have expected better

Siamo arrivati in serata ed il signore della reception con gentilezza ci ha illustrato ciò che vi era in struttura, La camera piccolina , ma il bagno enorme con tutte le necessità, la colazione abbondante sia dolce che salata. Il panorama della struttura è meraviglioso Al mattino seguente il signore della reception con grande gentilezza ci ha salutato e ringraziato, ed io che giro molti hotel vi assicuro che non è poca cosa

Nous avons un agréable séjour. Dommage que la salle de bains n'est pas top, douche fixe en hauteur (au-dessus de la tête), pas de support pour le papier toilette, papier toilette très mince. Par contre petit déjeuner très bien.

1 gece konaklamamız için gayet yeterli idi. Şan gimigniano ya yakın olması avantaj. Otele ulaşmak için son köy çıkışı sonrasında virajlı ve tek aracın geçişine imkan veren yolda karşıdan araç gelmediği sürece olumsuz bir durum yok.

Mi sono trovato .agnificamente, tutto davvero impeccabile...ho avuto anche la fortuna di cenare nel loro ristorante Ristolio, PICI AL CHIANTI da leccarsi i baffi.

L hôtellerie est excellente ainsi que la restauration, les tarifs un peu élevés mais nous sommes au beau milieu de la Toscane , dans un endroit idyllique ! La piscine reste a renover sérieusement bien qu elle soit opérationnelle.
