Hotel is tidy and close to causeway

It's troublesome for guests who drive to park their car/vehicles even for a short while to unload personal bags for check-in due to close proximity within the hotel entrance and 'public' road. No parking bays/space/lots being made available by the hotel for the guests' cars/vehicles to be parked for a day or overnight parking. Therefore, this has caused unnecessary inconvenience. Requested for a non-smoking room but the room was terribly smelly with cigarette's smoke although the room was well 'made-up' by the housekeeping.

Ok standard safe, clean, hot water cold water good all safe.

This highly recommended hotel is ideal for transit or vacation stays. It's conveniently located near JB Central and JB Square. The hotel offers friendly staff, a comfortable atmosphere, and numerous eateries nearby.

I saw two bugs in the bed, I caught and threw them. But I got bitten by bugs on my hand, back, and feet. The hotel is good, but the bugs are really annoying. Now I travel with monkey style 😺

Surroundings with a lot of food. Walking distance to Komtar, City Square, checkpoint. Pretty clean. Staff are friendly and professional. Tip-top customer service. Budget-friendly. Definitely will come back again! Hotel is quiet, not noisy, can rest well.

It was really fun staying here, it was close everywhere, the facilities were good, but I got a bidet with a leaking hose, that was annoying, otherwise it was really good, I think I will stay here again if I go to Johor.
