Great hotel in great location and nice rooms with friendly staff

Great hotel with very comfortable bed and spacious room!

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt "taken care of"! One desk agent came over and asked if he could help with our heavy luggage. Moved it onto a trolley. The other offered us a glass of Cava. Checked in, after Alex(?) explained safety tips and surrounding neighborhood. Basically a very nice and "safe" area. Usual precautions, but not a crime ridden area. Then explored the quirky and beautiful "library" lobby. There was a very interesting 50's style metal robot collection on display, along with all the books, comfortable seating, and cute nooks for private conversation or reading. Went to immaculate room, where luggage safely placed. Beautifully tiled bathroom, with plush robes and slippers. Toothbrush and toothpaste provided if you forgot, and, of course wonderfully scented soap and shampoo. The rooftop bar with lovely view and delightful menu. Very generous portions and cocktails. I loved my stay! I will be back. Thank you everyone!!

Air conditioner, worked great and very quiet

The front staff were very helpful in providing directions to popular tourist sites that were best to see during our short stay. The Hotel was located very close for walking to nearby La Rambla and at the edge of the Gothic Quarter. Highly recommend this hotel for amenities and location.

We loved everything about this hotel, including the incredible staff! The location is fantastic, the decor is lovely, and the pool and rooftop restaurant are inviting, comfortable, and gorgeous. There are so many nice touches, such as the outdoor spaces throughout, the bowls of candy in the lobby, and the meticulous room care each day. Even when one of the staff made a mistake on my drink, it was corrected immediately and with care by another staff/manager. We felt so welcomed and so cared for. We also enjoyed being upgraded to an extraordinary terrace room! Thank you, H10. I will be booking your other hotels in other locations now and hoping for the same wonderful experience.

I had a amazing stay at the H10 Cubik in Barcelona! The staff was incredibly polite, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my entire visit. My room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. I especially appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival — such a thoughtful touch after traveling. I also loved the little gift set in the bathroom with the toothbrush, razor, and other amenities. It made the experience feel extra special and luxurious. Everything about my stay was wonderful, and I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Barcelona. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at H10 Cubik during our trip to Barcelona. The location was honestly one of the best parts of the experience, so central, walkable, and we always felt safe exploring the city, even later in the evening. It made getting around Barcelona incredibly easy. The rooftop views were absolutely beautiful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt modern, stylish, and welcoming. We did encounter an issue during our stay that initially left us disappointed, however the way the staff handled it truly stood out to us. Their kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful gesture afterward completely changed the experience and made us feel genuinely cared for as guests. That level of hospitality goes a long way and is something we will genuinely remember. Thank you to the H10 Cubik team for making our Barcelona stay special.

The best Buffet ever Unbelievable good

Great location and had everything we needed

Our Junior Suite was well laid out, clean and everything worked….except WiFi in the room is below average and occasionally not working well or dropped. This seems to be a H10 issue as we had a similar issue in other cities. Pillows were not good, even though they provided 3 per person. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Check-in was delayed as our room was not ready till an hour after normal time. All in all a good 4 nights in Barcelona.

Such a wonderful welcoming property

The staff of the H10 Cubik was extremely cooperative and sympathetic to our situation. On our day of arrival, Barcelona had a huge Marathon which shut down regular traffic routes and halted most buses. We had to WALK our luggage some 25 minutes AROUND the runners to the hotel; not an easy feat for senior citizens. Upon arrival, the front desk could see that we were NOT HAPPY..!! They processed the paperwork quickly and helped diffuse an ugly mood. Well done.! During our entire stay...they were consumate professionals.

The hotel was located In Barcelona near many restaurants and the near the Gothic quarters. All in walking distance of the hop on and hop off bus stop to explore the city is highly recommended.
