It was exactly as advertised and a great location in Split. Close to Diocletian’s Palace, the farmer’s market, grocery stores and many restaurants. Even walkable to the soccer stadium!

The room was spotless and comfortable and the location was great. Mislav was my contact and we were in touch before I arrived and during my visit. He was very friendly and responsive. The location was around the corner from the Green Market and the Silver Gate. I would stay there again.

Studio apartment is conveniently located to everything. No need for a car. Apartment has fridge, good coffee maker, stove, etc. Would be nice to have a closet to hang up clothes.

The owners kept in contact with me to make sure I knew where I was going. It was great to arrive and see a map laid out with labels of recommendations. A Netflix account to use in late evenings if I wanted. The place is very clean and comfortable and I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Croatia.

Mate, the manager of the Split Apts. is the perfect host. He took care of everything we needed in prompt professional fashion. I just wish that the shower was a bit larger. It's simply way too small for normal sized people.

Last minute booking just for 1 night to help an early start to the airport. Really happy with the stay, Mate met us with a key and was super knowledge about the area, what to do and see (even in a short time) and in helping arrange an airport transfer.

Great stay. Mate was super helpful in getting around split and getting to and from the airport. Can't fault the apartment, clean, good size and great location. 10/10!

Location and helpful staff

It’s nice, clean, near RIVA. Mate was accommodating. Supplies like shampoo and soap are written in Coatian words and can’t understand.

Mate was a great host. This was a great location a few minutes to the produce market, old town, the pier and the public beach. It was clean and has a small balcony but no real view. As a lot of places in Croatia even though this is booked through Hotels.com it is not a hotel just a small studio aprtment good for 1 or 2 people

Our host was fantastic. He arranged our transfers, gave us lots of great advice about places to see and to eat including an annotated map. He also provided a local phone with his number so we could contact him any time. Location was also brilliant only 2 minutes walk from the fortress wall.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, everything clean and new.

Convenient location close to the ferry port, restaurants and bars. Room had stove top and fridge to make simple meals. Host greeted us on arrival and provided information on Split. Everything was great other than the shower door does not fully close and the shower stall does not drain well
