Advertized pool and hot tub. Not working. No tissues in the room. No soap in the shower. Hand soap smelled like rancid olive oil. Shower head crusty. Tub dirty. I wanted credit for no pool, but staff couldn’t give credit. Spent 45minutes on the phone with Expedia…..no result.

Many issues. There was a staff member who seemed like her whole role was to make all the guests miserable

Quiet

I needed to travel to / from the airport and rental car company after regular business hours. Scottsbluff does not have taxi or uber. The front desk staff told me about local travel shuttles that made my trip possible. Without them helping me, I would have missed my Granddaughters high school graduation. Thank you for your extra efforts!!

Very accommodating for our large group that came from Kearney for a Baseball tournament that got rained out. Our walk in shower had water puddling outside the shower pan onto the bathroom floor, making it very unsafe when stepping out of the shower.

Everything went well. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good.

Friendly staff. Attentive & helpful. Room was clean. Pool was nice as well as the hot tub. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and the location is convenient for all we wanted to do. There was an issue with no housekeeping for Mother’s Day weekend. In hospitality there should be complete service at all times. If not then the rate should be discounted.

Staff of 1 was very helpful. The property had some issues. Laundry facility out of order and bathroom sink barely drained.

Excellent stay at the Fairfield. Great staff, clean rooms, and a well maintained establishment. Will definitely stay again!

Bathroom shower was nice. Breakfast chooses and area were nice.

Always like to stay at this Fairfield location.

Stayed in the family suite. Good sized room. Bed a little close to the wall AC unit, but that’s really the only complaint. Comfortable beds and black out curtains were nice.

Clean and safe!

Fairfield hotel room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The grounds were very nice especially since we had our dog. The staff was great - so friendly and helpful.
