The front desk manager, the long-haired, bespectacled lady, is super friendly and remembers her guests, as does the Indian lady front desk staff. They make you feel like you are back home.

Upon entering the room, there was a strong smell of cleaning agent. You shouldn't use toilet cleaners that can leave an odor, especially in a four-star hotel.

Hotel near Orchard Road and also near 7-Eleven. The room was also clean.

This was my third stay at Grand Central, and I am always satisfied. The location is incredibly strategic—close to a 7-Eleven, near a 24-hour Don Don Donki, close to a bus stop, near an MRT station, and located right on Orchard, a favorite spot for Indonesian tourists.
