This is a great hotel. The staff are always nice and friendly!

Everything was really good! The elevator didnt work this morning so i took the steps and got my morning exercise in

Water shut off for half of a day and fan and water dripping noise right outside my door.

There was so many issues

Close to amenities and close to those we visited..

Book a 2 bed non smoking room. Ended up with a bed and a single sleeper sofa bed with a thin mattress with a bar the was felt in your back. 4th floor room Got off elevator and smelled like fish. The second night the elevator wasn’t working. It was more like a low income apartment complex than a hotel

This is an extended stay that seams more like an apartment complex than a hotel, the room was clean but not very nice, wallpaper torn , no lamp just over head lights no comfortable chairs, no travel shampoos or soap and they don’t have a 24 hour front desk, not mad about it but the pictures we looked at before booking looked way nicer than what it was, it served the purpose but I probably wouldn’t stay there again

The hotel was ok but I was on the first floor where the laundry room is located and there was a lot of traffic! It was noisy and had a funny smell to the hotel hallway. The door in my room had a big crack in it by the hinges. The tube had a few hairs in it! The bathroom did not have an exhaust fan so I had to wait for the mirror to defog in order for me to do my hair! The staff was super polite.

Everything was horrible. We couldn’t even stay the whole evening. Had to end up staying elsewhere. First the smell of cigarettes and weed was unbearable. I’m a former smoker so it takes a lot for it to bother me. There was so much the hallways were literally Smokey. On top of that, the downstairs check in area was clean, our room was not. There were so many people just standing in all the hallways being loud, like entire families. We left to get food shortly after arriving and when we returned the tv didn’t work. The remote was in multiple pieces. When I huge roach crawled in from under our door we decided to go down to speak with the front desk. However, there was no staff. The desk is only staffed specific hours of the day, so we had no choice but to leave.

Lots of noise early in the morning with banging in the room above like furniture being thrown around. Toilet didn't work had to be moved to another room. Blinds were broken couldn't pull all the way down to avoid incoming light. No night stands or tables. No carpets on floors ,

Felt creepy and unsafe.

Staff are wonderful, only problem was heat didnt work and would have liked a coffee machine or maker in the room. Otherwise fantastic stay.

Prior to arriving I read the reviews and I must say the negative reviews that I read was not my experience. Maranda the safety person who checked me in gave me no opportunity to ask a question she knew exactly the questions that I wanted to answered and I was very pleasantly surprised o complimented her on her efficient. I felt like being at home. Aussa the General Manager who I interacted with showed her vast experience and she was very pleasant in dealing with my needs. Thanks. Cathy the house keeper had a motherly approached even in her voice and made me feel like home away from home. A big thank you for my experience and stay keep up the good work ladies.
