Very clean room

Rooms were kept clean, staff was very helpful, bar and restaurant had good food and drinks, parking was very limited but over all was a good experience

Lean foom and great location. Price was excellent for calibre of toom. Brief period of little to no hot water but was during middle of day.

Me hubiera encantado que tuvieran mejor calidad de ropa de cama; menos rasposas y más gruesas y calientes y sobretodo más amplias! Pero fuera de eso muy buen servicio! Mi cuarto siempre estuvo limpio!

Nice rooms, comfortable mattresses, coffee was delicious and food excellent! If definitely stay here again. Easy walking distance to old town.

Buena ubicación hotel en buenas condiciones , limpio , la alberca no se miraba limpia . Los cuartos de ven renovados, las perdonas de recepción no soy muy amables. Pero el hotel está bien para quedarse un fin de semana , excelente experiencia en Ensenada

Nice ,and clean ..

The front desk guy responded to me in English whenever I would speak to him in Spanish. Mind you, I have a degree in Spanish. I thought that was rude. The bed had a stain on it that was still wet when we checked in. Which ended up not being a big deal, but it was gross to look at. The pool is REALLY loud. If you don’t have a time where you cut off people playing music, you need to implement one. 9pm is too late for mariachi music at full blast. We had just driven 6.5 hrs to get there and just wanted to sleep. Overall, good hotel. I’d probably stay there again but the staff could be a little nicer. That said, the housekeepers were all very nice. The front desk and restaurant staff were just weird and gave weird vibes. For example, the restaurant girls would stare at us the whole time we were eating. The location was pretty perfect. Just over half a mile to the spot where all the restaurants and tourist stuff was. And only 30-35 min from VDG, which was a beautiful drive.

The place was nice. But the room I was in the front I can hear the workers talking at 6am. I was not happy about that

Very clean and updated property. Beds were very comfortable and shower really nicely updated. Good location for downtown and the malecon. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall great stay!
