The room was a bit dusty. There were three cockroaches in the bathroom, one at a time, that kept coming out. It was quite scary, but my husband took care of them. The kitchen was clean, but the floor was dusty. The staff provided good service.

The bed is 2 beds put together, uncomfortable to sleep in. The water system in the bathroom is not good, there is cold and very hot. Breakfast is average, but edible.

Receptionist service is not good, frown, bumping sound at customers. The room meets the cover. Book two rooms, one room, can watch only one TV channel. Another TV room in the living room can not see Hotel rules charge a deposit of 1,000 baht per room. Another key card does not work.

Comfortable, quiet, but the pool is a bit small overall.

I'd been charged THB450/night for an extra 1 child age 7 years old even I booked the bigger room. Even no extra pillow provided during our stay. Also the receptionist named Donut were so unfriendly and rude. Please get better receptionist and good in entertain customer. We paid for the best service and best treatment by the staff.

Everything was good except the hotel are charging THB 450/night fora child above 5 years old. Worse still, no extra supply i.e pillows, blanket and towel. Unfriendly reception name Donut. Suggest to replace someone more friendly.
