They did no have the king bedroom I reserved and said ‘I’ll give you a double queen room, no extra charge’ as if that was an upgrade or I wanted it

I use Expedia so motel's like this can not steal from me. However, this motel found a way. They charged $100 deposit and only returned $95, claiming an administrative fee. This reflects negatively on Expedia as well as this location. I would recommend not staying here and not using Expedia because they do not protect you against thieves like this.

The surfaces in the room were all dirty. The table was sticky.

I didn’t even stay at the hotel. I got there 15 minutes before check-in and the guy who came to the desk from the back room did not look presentable and told me 3 o’clock that’s it one word 3 o’clock. I asked if I had to come back at three and he said yes so after looking at the grounds and the potholes all over the place and seeing how rundown this place was and it’s right next-door to an adult store, I decided that this place is not acceptable to stay at

Hotel was good comfortable beds just wish they would offer a blanket and not the thin sheet type things they had on the bed. I like to sleep with it cold but not with our some.ki d of light blanket. Other than that the stay was great. Jack the hotel manager was very nice. Location is good and no creepy people hanging around.

King Bed, Two people. One Towel, One Hand Towel, No wash cloths. Asked for a second towel and the guy at the front desk says, towels are in the rooms.. I explained there was only one, and he was happy about allowing me a second towel...

Expedia wouldn’t let me tell the truth about this place! Don’t stay here.. that’s it.

I've never heard of a hotel charging to check in early, but I was. It was only $30, but still.... The shower didn't have any hot water, the room smelled like an ashtray, and the blanket was paper thin.

Although this place is renovated, with ceilings with brown leak spots, floors are not level.in bathrooms, clean overall, but we had peeping toms looking out the curtain when we were going to our room. It has an adult store right next door, and people sitting on a wall by it; looked creepy in the area. We wanted to leave, but chanced it. Slept gud, and no bedbugs here. At least the restroom was clean, and beds were comfy. Deposit for this place was not mentioned except it said pay $5.00 at the office. Paid $100.00 deposit here. It was a quiet stay, and we won't reserve room here again. Foreign Indians run this place and you can smell the aroma and spices they cook with through the walls.

This property is a terrible place the manager front manager owner whatever he is is a complete jerk

We needed a quick couple hours of sleep after baseball before our 5am flight. Property didn't look like the photos, the rooms OK in terms of cleanliness, no hairs or anythign that stood our but probably the worst room quality we've ever stayed in in the world. Only a sheet on the beds, which weren't sitting straight on their frames. Splotchy half painted wall. Ironing board without a cover. Didn't feel comfortable or safe.

The room was a bargain and a good location to walk to downtiwn Oks Town Scottsdale. The desk clerk was very professional and welcoming. . The outside looked good. The inside of the room was partially refurbished. A desk was missing, the dresser/tv stand was crumbling. We only had 1 wash cloth. There were no blankets only a sheet.

If you want to be near and yiu like to walk this is a perfect location and a real bargain. We walked to Old Town at 11pm on a Sat night and felt completely safe. The front desk staff was great. It was clean and fleshly painted. The bed was really comfortable. I'm used to sleeping under a blanket. I like the weight on me. I could have used a blanket. We were in the back unit so the road traffic noise was less for us.
