The room was a great size and clean, air con wasn’t working efficiently even after talking to receptionist about it. Staff in reception were helpful and friendly. Not happy staff at breakfast time. Staff in the Gran Cafe were friendly but very short staffed and were run off their feet. Parking was very good

Great Hotel friendly staff super location great if you go by car the parking is cover inside the hotel.

Noisy hallway at night, lots of doors slamming, but otherwise very nice.

Great breakfast and evening meal. Secure underground parking for my motorcycle. Lots of great sights to see in the town. Very friendly helpful staff.

Great property with clean and large rooms. The breakfast buffet was great and just what I needed for walking the Camino Primitivo.

Hot breakfast was not very appetising but other than that it was a good breakfast with plenty of choice. The room was quiet and very spacious with a double washbasin. This group of hotels are good value for money and we will choose them again in the future.

I think this was a top-of-the-range hotel in the 1990's - it's still a very nice hotel, but feels a bit dated. Location is great, close to the city center, staff is friendly, breakfast was very nice.

We stayed here to start our walk on the Camino Primitivo. The location is perfect, about 10 minutes from the Cathedral and city wall, which had several dining options and close to the trail. Great morning breakfast buffet options!

Excellent location

Stayed for a business trip for 2 nights. Fresh clean rooms and a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent each morning. Small gym but had everything needed for a work out. I would definitely book again when i return for work again.

Beautiful spacious room with very comfortable bed and separate sitting room. The lobby is huge and the bar serves drinks and food options. Breakfast was good- enough choices to satisfy. Check in and check out we’re smooth- an excellent choice for Lugo.

Spacious and well equipped room. Convenient (unofficial) motorcycle parking right by entrance. Helpful and efficient reception staff. The only downside was the bar on Sunday evening, which served me two different and very bad red wines, very strange.
