Very pleasant and comfortable atmosphere

Highly recommend hotel for staying in Tokyo. Strategic location. Clean, kids friendly, the staff really helpful. No doubt, I will stay at this hotel again if I'm in Tokyo.

If you are looking for room with functional use/theme this hotel is perfect. They have sauna room, book reading and games room. The staffs are helpful, location only 100 m across Oshiage station and SkyTree, right across the hotel there is Family Mart konbini. I booked 2 room for 5 nights and it was comfortable. Don't be late for breakfast so you won't have to queuing.

Very near to the train station, train exit A1 and B3 is the nearest exit. Richmond hotel is just located opposite of the exit. Supermarket is just downstairs, very convinced. Skytress shopping center opposite of the hotel. Room is neat and clean, staffs are friendly and helpful.

Near the train station, bus and Sky Three shopping center, clean and comfortable hotel with friendly service.

The location is really in front of SkyTree... just walk 10 minutes to get to Oshiage SkyTree Station which is also very close, one line to Shibuya, Narita Airport, Asakusa is not complicated. Love Love Love 🫰🫰. Looking for food, shopping for souvenirs is also not complicated because in front of it is a mall, next to it is a supermarket. 😘.

Gem of the hotel! Spacious, beautiful room (with own library!). We had top floor with a nice city view. Amazing breakfast (restaurant gets crowded during weekends, try to come early). Location is very strategic, right in front of the station and wonderful mall, full of various entertainments for kids, trendy shops, food. Very recommended and top scores from me.

The hotel is new. The room is not so spacious but it was good and very clean. The staff is also very helpful. The breakfast were very delicious. Near to the Skytree and station. Definitely will come back for the next Japan trip. Thank you for the staff that helped me to do the laundry, that was very cool though.

Clean, comfy, easy access to airport and nearest station. It was great to stay here! Definitely one of my favorite stay in Tokyo.

The distance to a big supermarket, Tokyo Sky Tree and Solamachi mall, is a big plus. The room size is pretty large for Tokyo hotel standard, and it is well maintained. Amenities are free to grab at the hotel lobby. Housekeeping was reliable and always refreshed our room and clean towels. However, there are several things lacking from this hotel that are available in other comparable hotels, such as adequate towel hangers and hooks (only 1 in the room), position of electrical outlets (we have to put the kettle on the floor to turn it on, and no outlets for charging on desk and TV table), the layout of bathroom and sink.

The hotel is very clean, luxurious room, can sleep 3 people with 3 comfortable beds. Stay 2 nights. The hotel changed the bathing suit for 2 nights. The hotel hung a bath set and towel in front of the room. Come back to meet is very impressed Instead of the hotel entering the room, but he didn't open the room And most importantly, the theater near the Oshiage Skytree train station. Very convenient to travel. If there is a chance, will go to rest again Forget about telling the hotel's breakfast story. It's Sizzler. Naha. A lot of food. Can't eat all. Everything is direct. I'm impressed.
