Sonata is sorry for your dissatisfaction with the bed type provided. We always provide the correct bed type requested by the guest in the booking. If the guest does not request, the bed type will be set to a double bed by default. If upon check-in, you need to change the bed type, we can change it for you if there is a room available. The resort encourages you to contact the resort to confirm the bed type after booking. You should contact the phone number provided in the booking to avoid contacting fake fanpages. We would be very grateful if you could contact the resort directly to give feedback on this matter because the review does not display the name or booking code, so the resort does not know which booking you made and where you informed the resort. We did not receive any complaints or requests to change the bed type on the day of your stay.
