Staff excellent as ever. Hotel due for renovation later this year and cosmetically is needed in some areas. Excellent location, good areas to relax in

There’s nothing wrong but the hotel could be amazing. It’s very dated and has a an old fashioned atmosphere It could be so much more with some imagination and become a thriving centre fo old hunstanton.

Not enough staff , one pool person trying to cover restaurant and bar but somehow remained calm , place was like gods waiting room no atmosphere at all

Lovely hotel on the beach.

We had a sea view room which was very pleasant. It was spacious and everything worked satisfactorily. Perhaps the shower was a little bit on the high side but, understandably, this is an old building and, no doubt, will be updated in due course! Our only gripe was that on the Monday night of our stay we had dinner in the hotel restaurant - the menu was very limited but we assumed that what was on offer would be of good quality as befitting the price of the meal. It was ghastly! We did comment but with little meaningful response. At check out we made the point again but the hotel actually added a service charge. Deplorable.

This hotel is due to close for refurbishment and it’s long overdue! The staff were fantastic but the room was tired, with wall paper coming away in places and very draughty windows. Dispite having the radiator on full it was still chilly in our room. Breakfast on the first morning disappointing, the bacon was just about cooked and fatty whilst the egg was “snotty”. The second morning was totally different and cooked beautifully. I’m assuming different chefs? I look forward to returning once the upgrade has been completed as long as the prices don’t rocket!

lovely hotel in need of a little tlc but that is being addressed for refurb soon. room had everything you could need and very comfy bed. Very efficient friendly polite staff. excellent location for the beach and great walks. great choices at breakfast. Limited dinner menu so didn't partake. had one meal at the Mariners next door but it wasnt great.

The room was lovely and clean , the staff were nice and friendly and there is plenty of parking

I enjoyed my stay , HOWEVER the room was stifling, the shower didnt drain away, the cooked breakfast was only adequate( staff were great!) And all this on top of the fact i paid an exhorbitant price for it( over £300 for ONE night)just because i had the audacity to want to go to a concert in the area!!!

We like how close to the beach. And watching the sunset in the evening

Hotel right next to the beach and we had a room with a balcony and sea view so it was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only had breakfast but the food was very good. Would definitely recommend
