Like the room in the picture, our room is large with balconies and windows so it feels very comfortable. The receptionists are very attentive, enthusiastic and friendly. From the hotel to Angkor wat only takes about 15 minutes by tuk tuk, we have a tour to see the sunrise at 5 am and the hotel has prepared breakfast for us that day - very thoughtful - and guests hotel pick up or off guests from the airport to the hotel and vice versa is free - plus points for this place. However, the hotel is in a separate place from the center and the restaurants and night market about 10 minutes by tuk tuk and free one-way hotel so it is also ok, from the night market to the hotel about 2 USD, Stay Siem Reap night market has fresh and delicious fruit smoothies made on the spot for only 1 USD 1 large glass and another fruit, you should try it here. Breakfast is delicious but a little food to choose from and is almost unchanged daily. Another point for me that felt inadequate was that the toilets had no sprays despite the large bathroom and the bathtub.

great ambiance and friendly staff

We spent two days in this hotel. Quite surprising that the hotel is beyond our expectation. The room is spacious, clean and tidy, equipped by bathtub and cable tv, the air conditioner is also working good once we enter the room for the first time. It has swimming pool and I’m glad that the room has a balcony with a pool view. The staff are very friendly and warmly welcoming us. They also help us while we do the late check in. While we inform them we will leave the hotel so early in the morning, they are still willing to help us by providing us the breakfast to be taken away, it is so nice. Glad I am making good decision by choosing this hotel

everything is ok, except for the toilet without a spray nozzle, everyone who goes, remember to consider, because I need to use it without using :)))))

I am very happy to stay at the Popular Residence Hotel during my recent trip to Siem Reap. Staff are extremely friendly, enthusiastic and good at English communication. Room is spacious, comfortable, nice view. The hotel has many incentives for guests to stay here: free 1 way from hotel to points in Siemriep, Free Pick up / Airport, free bike 2-3 hours, discount when customers use the service Service: restaurant, massage ... Delicate and many unexpected small gifts for guests. I will definitely choose Popular Residence Hotel when I return to SiemRiep.

Middle price hotel for a 5 star quality service. I just love how clean, peaceful and accommodating every staff are. They tend to your every needs literally which we liked the most. The staff even gave us hand-craft scarves.

Cool hotel, nice service very good stay

Agree with all of the guests who stay at this hotel before, we never expected this hotel rated as 4 Star, but we have stayed in 5 Star hotels. It's really Awesome and the rooms are very comfortable like 5 Star Hotels. The staffs of the check-in counter, restaurants, room service are really good, and the Tuk-tuk driver are excellent. Awesome hotel! I will be back for holidays with my family.

A very great experience, it is a bit far from town, but with free shuttle to town there is not a problem. Highly recommend it!

The long walk did not find a way to not have to hire a tuk-only.
