We came All the Way from America... The LOCATION eas Great The Amenities are Good Its Fpod Restaurant is Awesome But IF U look at their ROOMS They are PATHETIC .. U will be Hugely DISSAPOINTED.. Even my Friend from Mumbai was Shocked .. It was like yoy take a Room At back of Dhaba.....NO TV or Phone at Room It was below 2 Star Level

Fantastic place but everything russian..... Getting around restricted if you don't ride moped/motorcycle so great if you just want to chill by yourself

Nice location, very close to the beach. Good friendly staff, very polite and courteous. Food is avergae but what you pay is for the great location and one of the best beach in Goa.

I enjoyed the bungalow and it was only a 3 minute walk to the expansive beach. Long walks with relatively few people in the morning and evening. Bungalow was equipped with mosquito net ( which because it got down to 60F at night was not needed) and a good working ceiling fan as well as a toilet/sink/shower sectioned off behind a curtain. Staff was more than helpful and friendly and dinner food was excellent. Not much in the way of an Indian breakfast which I was disappointed about (mostly Western) and the local roosters liked the early morning but people noise quieted by 10:30-11 so a good sleep was possible. Quite a few Russian tourists with families have this place on the map. I rented a scooter at a reasonable rate and spent time touring the countryside. I was pleased with the stay.
