It was a good place to stay

Would’ve been better but the beds are so hard and the pillows start out comfy then turn flat as a pancake…needed 3-4 pillows to be comfy. Staff was super helpful and very friendly! Breakfast was decent at the bistro…loved the 1925 pubhouse!!

The one night stay was nice. The hotel was clean and secure. The only issue we had was the thermostat is apparently controlled centrally. We could not get the room temp below 73. We preferred it a bit cooler. Other than that a fine stay.

Trip was awesome, only complaint was hot water in bathroom sink never got hot, thank GOD for the showet

Very well kept and clean

Check in was a breeze. The room was very clean and the hotel staff was amazing! It’s within walking distance of some restaurants and coffee shops which was very nice!

Good location

The bad: Room was 75 dehrees and we could not turn it down snd front desk couldnt either. I can see that in summer, but this was winter. Had to call for delivery of basics like soap. Several lights were broken and or burnt out. Foam seals in connecting door to adjoining room was falling out. Heated pool was frigid. Blinking light on looked-out thermostat was super annoing while trying to sleep. The good: room felt clean. Bonvoy checkin and checkout was convenient.

The staff at the Courtyard are always so friendly and helpful. Not to mention the hotel is always so clean - both in the lobby and the rooms. My fiancé and I always make sure to stay at this hotel when we visit Muncie. Would highly recommend. :)

Ok

The room and linens had a very unpleasant smell. The linens on the beds and those brought for the rollaway bed had bad odors, as if they had not been washed properly. Also, the beds are not very comfortable. We had no body wash/shampoo in the complimentary bottles in the shower. The Starbucks coffee was the best part of the stay.
