Clean room, amazing staff, all amenities in good working condition. Breakfast buffet was great good variety and very cheerful nice staff. Restaurant was excellent with great view good selection of food and beverages and lovely desserts

The room was partially under renovation but they put a heater in the room kept it quite cozy.

Staff were very friendly, room could have been cleaner in a few spots but overall good value for what we paid. Hotel in the process of updating so a work in progress.

Room was not entirely clean, toothpaste on the sink and tap, floor not properly cleaned, hotel was in state of partial repair painters don’t do a great job, smelled a bit musty, pool and hot tub closed. Front staff was fairly friendly. Food in restaurant was decent.

The room was great right on the water. There really needs to have an elevator that goes to all the floors

Desk service was helpful and staff in the restaurant were fantastic. Nice to have an included breakfast with options to upscale to something with more fresh food included. The waterfront view from the rooms and restaurant are fantastic - a real attraction for the Inn, as is the location in town, minutes from the recreation centre and other amenities.

Staff, cleanliness. Dryer tool forever and there was some issue with people by the back door that weren't guests but it was dealt with promptly

Front desk was great, room was clean, food at restaurant was really good. My only problem is "Cooked-to-order breakfast included" is not exactly accurate. A very limited buffet breakfast is what you get as included. If you want something cooked to order, you get 30% off the normal price.
