Excellent service! Very polite and easy going staff. Our 2 kids enjoyed the pool.

This property is quite beautiful. Though it is not on the beach, there is a pathway to walk to the beach.

Very family friendly. Excellent value. Only thing keeping from full 5 stars are the birds that try to enjoy continental breakfast as well.

Perfect for families. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was a huge plus, along with live entertainment in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

The pool and Jacuzzi area is beautiful. The rooms are great and housekeeping comes every day to tidy up. The only downside, but for me is a big one, is they have those heavy fire doors with nothing to prevent them from slamming. I was woken up by them at various times throughout the night. My main reason for staying at Residence Inn was to sleep. I was going to extend my stay, but chose to leave because I couldn't enjoy my vacation on such little sleep.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel during my honeymoon. The initial room was small and overlooked a parking lot. When I requested a different room, I was told I had to pay a significant upgrade fee, which I reluctantly did. The new room overlooked the pool, not the beach or any scenic view, and I expected it to be much nicer, cleaner, and more up-to-date. The breakfast service was the only positive aspect of my stay.

I really enjoyed the location of the property and how tranquil it felt being here. Also, the rooms were very spacious and came with everything we needed.

Beautiful facility, with clean rooms. Great gym, clean laundry room and very friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast included with lovely dining area.

Check in was fast and easy. Bethany at check out was awesome!!! Best customer service! I would like the option of not having towels washed every day to be more eco friendly. Great to just go to breakfast and not have to give room number or check in. Nice to walk right out to the board walk!

Easy to find and everyone was very good with the Aloha spirit. After our condo had suffered damage they were great at getting us in. No problem with our dog as he is a service animal. Shea at the morning breakfast is great at talking story and telling us about the great food choices in south Maui. Janis the manager made sure our stay was comfortable and had plenty of information. House keeping was great and offered extra towels and loved meeting Gus the super dog.
