Nice location. It’s very close to the airport and the shuttle service was fast.! Just make sure you make a reservation for the shuttle service to come to the airport.

Loved it here it is in a fantastic location so close to the beach and enjoys amazing views Lovely spacious terrace to sit out and sunbathe Two large single beds and plenty of wardrobe space with free safe Kitchenette with large fridge hob and oven Nice bathroom with shower in bath Great rooftop area with pool and restaurant and very pleasant staff Very nice cleaning lady who came most days I would definitely return

Excellent apartments. Very clean , we had a Huge balcony with sun all day. Very close to beach. There is a supermarket next door that sells everything you want. Apartments are on the flat so no climbing up the hill. We will definitely return again.

Fabulous apartments just a stones throw from Peurto Rico beach and about 10 minutes leisurely stroll to the main shopping area with lots of bars and restaurants. Huge balconies mostly with views of the sea. Lovely roof top pool with pool bar serving snacks.

Superb location ~ only 2 minutes walk to the lovely beach. Amazing & spacious terrace. Generally good, excellent wifi service ~ but I would strongly recommend modernising the apartments inside: furniture, larger TVs, etc...Also, quite a few insects in the kitchen, which I know is common, but perhaps it would be a good idea to provide sprays or sth. The walls are very thin, so you can easily hear the other guests. Overall, the location & terrace are wonderful. Thank You

Really good location if you don't want to walk to much, Just over the road onto the beach and restaurants, Two supermarket's with in a few minutes walk, The main shopping center is a lovely 15 minutes stroll through central park. All this is flat ground, no hills, Which for Puerto Rico is saying something, So a really good location

Great location apartments could do with updating dark wood furniture with light as looks dated, kitchen very small, best is the terrace with sun beds and if you’re lucky sea views, lovely pool area. Very hot when we were there and no air conditioning fan and n bedroom but it was still very hot. Would still come here again.

Excellent apartments , very close to sea , and local SPA Shop. They are not new , but very clean ,big balconies, and reception staff very nice. Nice swimming pool and restaurant on roof , lifts to roof .Short walk to harbour , boat trips are amazing.

Had a great time staying at these apartments and actually upgraded to a terraced room as large terrace with sun loungers table and chairs n parasols, there is a fantastic roof terrace pool which is excellent and staff are lovely and so friendly and professional. Would recommend the apartments to anyone xx

Great location close to everything from a supermarket on the corner, row of restaurants, and the beach within a block. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again! This topped off our family vacation and helped make it more relaxing and enjoyable.

We had a lovely time in Puerto Rico. Gran canary. We stayed one night at the rio piedras whilst waiting for our early morning Sunday flight and wished we'd stayed there all week.

Very nice appartment, less than 5 min walk to beach , 10 min walk to city center , 5 min walk to bus station. Clean , it contains bed room, living room ,kitchen , toilet and big terrace. Staff are helpful .

Stayed here for 2 weeks with my partner and daughter. Great location, close to beach, balcony size and sea view both very nice. Within easy walking distance of all amenities. These apartments are self catering and while an oven & 2 ring hob is included, the cooking/kitchen utencils are very very limited. I prefer self catering and have done so numerous times in the past but I can honestly say the bare minimum is provided. We had 3 plates, 3 cups, 3 glasses, 3 of each knife, fork&spoon, 2 saucepans, 1 frying pan, 1 oven tray etc. My partner likes to cook so he had to put his Bear Grylls head on here! The apartment itself was spacious, the bathroom could do with modernising, but all functioned well. Free wifi was also a bonus and it worked well. The cleaners do a decent job, was nice on sunday & tuesday when they dont clean to not be woken by them dragging the furniture across the floors of other apartments tho! That said, i would return here, its quiet, (excpt for the cleaners!) Great location and the All-you-can-eat chinese restaurants for 8.95 euros are worth a visit.

The location of Rio Piedras Hotel is great, 5-min walk to beach and local amenities. The size of the room as quite decent, with a large balcony and a kitchenette. However the building is quite outdated and in need of refurbishment, and that brings unwanted surprises... like coackroaches in the Kitchen.. That was disgusting. When I complained in the reception, they just replied that this was an general issue in the island, could not avoid, bla bla... I just thought was a really poor excuse for lack of hygienic conditions... we were on our last day when that happened but it was really a unfortunate and very negative highlight of our stay! Please bear in mind that you may face similar issues if you stay there... otherwise lovely stay in Puerto Rico.

Väldigt billig lägenhetshotell nära till allt trevlig personal i receptionen och restaurangen det ända negativa jag upplevde är mycket dålig wifi uppkoppling.
