The rooms are not as clean and well maintained. There was also no hot water and room service could have been better. They claim to have a mini refrigerator but it only keeps drinks room temperature. I was expecting more from this hotel.

The room was clean, small but had a large closet and ample counter space. Nice restaurant with beautiful view. Lots of shopping, good to excellent restaurants and street entertainment. Walkable.

The rooms were very clean, the area was perfect very close walking distance to coffee shop, restaurant the Cathedral and many other things. We did not try the food here but will definitely will next time we are around.

Room didn't have any windows, it was a little claustrophobic and it didn't feel clean. Location was perfect right in the Centro Historico.

This hotel is lovely. Have stayed here multiple times.

Clean room

Great room, bar and restaurant. Gym facilities were too small. A pool would have made this property 5 stars. Great location very walkable to all of historic Centro.

Had an excellent time at Hilton DoubleTree. Staff was very helpful with amazing attitudes. I would love to return in the future.
