My husband and I enjoyed the ease of checking in and out. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Great variety of options.

The staff was amazing. My main complaint was my above neighbors were incredibly loud until 11 pm and I had an early call. Ice machine and elevator were not easily located; could have used a few more signs. Room was nice and comfortable. Free breakfast was good.

Nice, new hotel. They are still working the bugs out though We didn't have power to the microwave and coffee machine and later discovered the refrigerator. Our food spoiled which was an added expense. The property was very quiet at night.

THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WHEN MY PHONE WAS MESSING UP THE YOUNG LADIES AT THE WAS HELPFUL IN TELLING ME THE STORE TO GO TOO, IT WAS IN WALKING DISTANCE. THE BREAKFAST WAS HOT AND PLENTY DIDNT HAVE TO WAIT. COFFEE WAS EXCELLENT MADE MY DAY. I WOULD SAY AM HAPPY STAYING HERE ON MY MINI VACATION ❤️

My family and I had a great stay here. The hotel is newly remodeled and it’s very clean. We really enjoyed all the amenities including the pool, hot tub and complimentary breakfast, bottled water and coffee. The hotel is in a great location. Not far from Belmont Park, Sea World and many restaurants and stores like In n Out, Cane’s, Panda Express, Carter’s, Target, Ross etc. The only downside would be the $25 parking fee and one of their elevators was not in service when we stayed. Other than that we are definitely looking forward to staying here again!

The bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Super clean and excellent bedding but location is next to strip club and too many unhoused people for my comfort level.

Hotel was recently opened, so everything was clean and looked new. The elevator was broken so it was a little bit of a walk to another elevator. I believe its only 3 floors but the elevator takes awhile to come to you. Faster to take the stairs. Had to pay $25 per night for parking. Parking was almost hard to find because of how tight the parking spaces were and some cars taking up multiple spots. While this hotel was clean and new, the area around it did look a bit iffy. Make sure to not leave any valuables in your car. We did see quite a lot of police activity around the area of this hotel different days. Each morning you get free breakfast. It is a good breakfast, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc, however the two younger ladies working the breakfast each morning we stayed were very rude when you try asking them for things. Multiple people also heard them making rude comments while in the kitchen. Not sure if someone complained because we did see the manager come and talk to the kitchen staff, so that was good. Overall, our stay was nice bed was comfortable, nice breakfast.

They did not have our room ready. We had to wait for it to be ready.

Very nice experience

The front desk attendant was terrible I asked to upgrade my room, and was refused. I asked if I was eligible for a Marine's discount 😔, and refused to provide me with the information; I was very disappointed with.

Brand new property- still under construction. A bit dusty, cluttered, and confusing with active construction taking place in the building/hallways and outside. Room was clean and excellent condition.
