Rude receptionist. I was talking on the phone and quickly stepped in the reception. I could have been there to ask for a room or anything of the sort. The receptionist was aggressive eventhough I was behaving in a completely normal way. He should learn how to gauge people, and learn to talk

We stayed at the hotel in February. Its very unsuitable. No heating as heaters aren't working, worn and torn towels. Very dirty room no room service, no water no tv not working and there is a hole in yhe wall as a part of the design and it cannot be securely closed at night which made the room freezing cold. we spoke to the manager and he promised everyday to fix those problems. Eventually we left the accommodation for the rest of our stay I wish there is a negative star. This hotel must been taken out of service till urgent maintenance work is conducted. I retain pictures of those days from hell but for some reason i couldn't load them on reviews

Horrible hotel, with laud music in the bar in the hotel till 00.30 and room smell cegarret.. no wifi in the room.. and the bar man dont give back the rest of money if you drink a bier there.. he say its my tipps.. so better dont go to this hotel

Very veryyyy veryyy bad service The receptionist is just very rude and disrespectful The rooms are dirty and they are scammers they ll ask u for some fees that are not justified The neighborhood is dodgier at night and it gets very loud at late because of the bar just downstairs the hotels Very bad experience not recommended u could find very good hotels in casablanca with better prices Or u can stay at my house 😊

Very good for the price and the staff are great as well. I stayed here a couple of times and they always upgrade me to a suite with a view.
