Easy check in and out, super comfortable stay, perfect location to all the sights

We booked for five days and couldn’t stay not even one . False advertisement. They don’t have any private bathrooms as stated for extra cost and upgrade and they don’t have any rooms on the first floor and no elevator or ramp for handicap people or even to take up all your luggage’s definitely not a suite . It’s awful and the air doesn’t work .

It is a very good option value for your money! Good area, walkable, safe, supermarket and dining options nearby! The only nuance is that there is no lift so if you bring a big bag you will need to carry it on up to your room.

I stayed there for 9 days. It was a great location to be in. Everything was in walking distance. I was a bit apprehensive about the contact less entry but it worked very well. The Royal palace, Opera metro station are few minutes walk only.

Once we figured out how to use the self check in system, which was a tad annoying, the rest of the stay was great. It is true the walls are thin, but we didn't have obnoxious neighbours and that was advertised. The location is great, the room was cute and it had everything we needed for a good price. Would recommend.

Very good location, clean, comfortable, a bit noisy from other guests as not noise proof and I was concerned about entrance to building and room through app but it worked well ! I was happy with my stay, would go back !

Super convenient spot, it's within walking distance to pretty much everything. Had two different reservations and both times felt really safe and both rooms were great. Staff was also really helpful. Definitely staying here again on my next visit to Madrid.

Rooms echo so night time was very noisy. Shared washrooms weren’t as bad as we had thought. They were clean and always available. Street noise was a bit aggressive due to major road and bar below room window. Be prepped with the app to get into building/ rooms. Was confusing at first when app wasn’t working and we were locked out

The location of this property is great. You can easily walk everywhere.

Terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend! To start with, staff made ZERO effort to help out and provide good customer service. Then, only after you book, you're informed you must download an app to enter the building & room (since there's no staff on site). Then a bunch of msgs back & forth to get the reference code to make the bloody app work, etc. Check out experience: there are lockers to leave your luggage in, the phone hours on Sundays are 11h-15h. We called at 11:10 in order to ask how to get our suitcases back a few hrs later (since the app won't open doors after 11am check out), now ask if they answered the phone? We found a lady on site and she told us she'd be there until 14:30 & would let us in. We arrived at 14:15, called 10 times to be let in, ask again if she answered the phone (we tried 2 different numbers)? They didn't answer to the whatsap msg either. Just too little care about clients - really, there are much better places to stay in Madrid

The location is good but the hygiene is poor.

Filthy with no service and paper thin walls. Best part was leaving.

Staff free propety. It was ok. The room was ok. Linen needs some update and also cleaning during the day for the shared bathroom.

The pictures don’t reflect what the accommodation is. The building has a sign stating that they are rated as CH, meaning a pension in the hospitality industry. The room was small and no cleaning was provided, except for towels when requested. This is not a 3-star accommodation, as I previously mentioned, the building is a pension.

We didn't have wifi so we couldn't get in until people was staying there open the door for us and help us how to use the key.

Nice and central The electronic pass key was difficult at first as was finding the room but ok when we figured it out
