Room was fine, clean, and staff were quite helpful.

The property is not great. I mean you get what you pay for. AC is very noisy

It was absolutely disgusting. I walked in and walked out because I couldn’t even stand the smell. So gross. Looked at the sheet, it had brown stuff on it. There were splatters on the walls and the baseboards looked moldy. Do not stay here

THE GOOD - easy to get in & out of the room to your vehicle (motel style). - clean room - comfy bed & pillows COULD BE BETTER, BUT NOT TERRIBLE - obvious DIY projects to maintain the place - a bit dated - bath towels were smaller than most hotels THE BAD - no hand towels (only small face towels)

The manager is amazing. The rooms are beautiful never had a problem here :))

The room was ok for the price. The front desk insisted on entering my room to explain their rules. Sorry but her body odor was so strong and offensive that it took 2 days for it to leave the room completely. After the odor was incident the rest of the stay was ok for the price.

The was clean ,not fancy at all but it was a comfortable room to watch TV, relax and a place to sleep.Good parking and walking distance to the restaurants and can even walk down the walking and cycling trail to the Dundas plaza.

Clean room. AC or Heating working properly. Staff is available. Easy to park at location. Beddings and Towels refreshed daily.

I really enjoyed Haven, they're very nice people and the environment is friendly and quiet. I strongly recommend the place for anyone having a stay in Hamilton.

It was close to McMaster which is about the only thing it has going for it. It feels like there are a lot if people living there and they dont really have rooms available - but will kick someone out for the night if an expedia booking comes up. I have no idea if this is true, but certainly the vibe it gives off.

Great place for a stopover. Fairly quiet, but we live very rural so any traffic is noise to us. Lol Enjoyed our stay.

Very basic room but great if you're looking for economy. It was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
