This is a beautiful hotel with a lovely staff, amazing attention, family managed. The restaurant, the attention and the food & cafe were oustanding! Rooms well maintaned and with great air conditioning, safe parking for the car too. Feels great and quiet! Thank you guys! Would recommend 100%.

This place is true gem! The staff was amazing! Bed was comfortable. Restaurant had amazing food. We walked the small town and found a great Gelato bar and an amazing coffee shop. You can walk to the train station from the hotel. Kind of hard to get a cab, but the train is very convenient! Would definitely recommend this place!

We HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Such a beautiful setting, the rooms were very spacious, the restaurant served DELICIOUS food and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We hope we can come back in the future.

A lovely hotel and a good location

Very nice small hotel/restaurant. Located far from the city center, but close to the Basilica of Sant'Apollinare and the museum, both worth visiting. Restaurant is a plus, food was very good.

An authentic experience. Ravenna doesn't have easy access to taxis or Uber that we could see. We arrived at the train station from Rome and took the local train one stop to Classe (the South Western part of town). It was a relatively short walk from the Classe train stop using Google maps since the hotel is not visible from the stop. We ate at the on-site restaurant which is very authentic. No English on the menu. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. It appears to be a place for locals to go for special occasions. Overall a very nice experience.

Service is excellent, a good-sized room. There is no elevator, and all rooms are on the second floor. Very slippery ceramic stairs. The restaurant has no English version menu and workers are not capable of translating. Food is not so good.

Lots of attention; everything perfect. Nearby everything; easy to move around. Easy to get to Imola, Ravenna Port, Ravenna train station, stores, etc.

The property is attached to the Apollinare in Classe Basilic, it has a private parking area and the staff Is really kind. Breakfast should be improved it doesn't look like a 4-stars breakfast

From check in to check out the staff was amazing, and very helpful. The rooms were clean, and easy access. I like that they have parking available at no charge. Love the place.

The hotel room was petite but confortable, and the amenities were appropriate for our stay. The staff was helpful.The restaurant at the hotel was great.

Small room, adequate bed. Nothing special. The room was super stuffy and warm with no working AC. We opened up the window in the middle of the night so it would cool off, letting a few mosquitoes in...but thank goodness I had some bug spray to use. Breakfast was really good. Great location to visot the Basilica next door.

Howl was showing it's age a little. Lighting in our room was not optimal. The person who helped Imus with check-in was very helpful. Breakfast was good. The area around the hotel was very nice.

I don’t see any VIP access, food was okay, but A/C was not working properly. Staff was good and helpful.
