Ubicacion

This is my favourite hotel in Mexico. Clean, safe, very friendly staff. Great restaurant on site. All front desk staff speak and understand English. There breakfast is great

The receptionist wasn't helpful, we could hardly hear her. Parking is a big issue at this hotel. Also, we decided to have breakfast at the restaurant and Angeles provided horrible customer service. Food was great although some was cold.

Francis the front receptionist was very nice very attentive to what we needed.

Good place to stay with pets although a charge. We have stayed here before and will probably return.

Great location

Next to a large mall with various eateries available. Easy access to Highway 15 South from Hermosillo. Staff were pleasant, the room was spacious and clean and the hotel is pet friendly.

Bathrooms at lobby and at the room smell very bad and look not so good

Bathroom can be cleaner.

What I didn’t Like was breakfast looked like continental breakfast way too expensive can go eat somewhere else for the amount we paid.
