Ocean view, family-friendly, good breakfast, close to USS Midway, Sea-world, zoo, Balboa park, beautiful view from the 10 and above level. Just loved it.

Very clean and accessible hotel.

We came to San Diego for the better weather (we are from Phoenix with temp up to 115 that week). We stayed for 7 days and really enjoyed the cooler weather, the hotel with close proximity to the bay, and all great services provided by the hotel stuff. Breakfast was very good as well. Thank you. I definitely recommend Marriott Residence Inn for anybody looking for a nice place to stay in San Diego.

Rooftop bar and lounge with pool. Parking available. Clean and spacious room with a dishwasher, stove, and fridge with freezer. They provide cookware, cups, and silverware!! Walkable to downtown, as well as other areas well worth visiting. Nearby restaurants and shops. Great views of the city and harbor. Friendly and helpful staff. The only slight complaint I have is the walls were a bit thin, so I heard a lot of activity during check out & cleaning time, esp bc I was right across from one of the housekeeping "hub" areas. Definitely not a big deal though. Overall, it was an excellent experience staying there!!

This stay was just ok. Pros: family friendly, good view, good mattresses. Cons: Front desk didn't do what they said they would do with my car - I had hound them just for a valet claim ticket the next day! Carpet in room was dirty, furniture had weird gashes and scratches. It might be time for a reno.

Residence Inn Bayfront is always a great place and the customer service is superb!

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I love the kitchenette because one night me and my husband preferred to stay in and cook a little meal. It felt like I was at home without being home! Thank you

It seems like all Residence Inn locations have shortened their free breakfast time so we did not bother eating it, because we're on vacation and don't want to eat based on a schedule. The quality of the food has gone down at the least two Residence Inns we stayed at, and assumed it would be bad here as well. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable, neither was the couch. Whoever was the architect of this hotel designed it with no quick access to the parking garage: you have to take an elevator to the 5th floor, then walk outside to another elevator to ride to the floor where you parked your car. Don't walk barefoot in the rooms, the carpets are disgusting and should be replaced.
