Nice hotel i will defenetly come back

Assez bien dans l'ensemble, manque le café dans la chambre et des bouteilles d'eau.

We had a brilliant stay, meant to come for a relaxing break but ended up doing so many activities! Staff were super friendly and the food selection was brilliant. The variety of pools is great and the selection of activities is huge! Not somewhere to go if you want a quiet, relaxing time perhaps but would recommend it to couples, friends, singles, and families alike for a great beach, activities, pools, and fab food!

We enjoyed our stay at this resort and had no issues except one thing. The plumbing in our shower would not drain properly and we asked the front desk several times to fix it, but they never did. That was our only complaint. The staff, pools, bars, accommodations and food were all very nice.

Very fun hotel with lots of activities for adults and for children. The staff are excellent and always eager to help.

It is not even a 3 stars hotel. Bad food; bad service; no activities.

AC works from 6pm till 6am only in all rooms!! It’s first time in my life see hotel 5* like this.

Overall it was a decent experience but it could have been excellent if the hotel was maintained better. However, I understand that the financial toll of the COVID19 pandemic might have prevented the ownership from investing in polishing the place and hiring enough people to make the overall experience excellent but the staff despite being overwhelmed made up for the other negative aspects of the stay.

We were first provided with a very shaky wooden crib for our baby, almost falling apart. Absolutely unacceptable. The water slides were open random hours (10am-12pm and 2-5 pm) and it even opened late in the morning after we asked for it. Food was alright. Service in restaurants was great. Rest of the service from the staff was terrible. Very very slow. The 5th star of this hotel is very difficult to see. Probably was obtained in the past and lost his greatness over time. Would not recommend it to anyone. Definetely not worth the price.

It is a very nice hotel with very good service and a lot of entertaining facilities. Des staff rose Éric Éric et ben tu es au micro est The staff was very caring about any requests. The food is abundant and various at the end I’ll say excellent . The animation team was at a high standard . The only negative points are about the rooms of the garden view which was exposed to the noise made by the surrounding generator of the air-conditioning of the neighbouring hotel.
