Toilet was broken. Stains on sheets

Rooms were in very rough condition. Flooring was all scratched up. Microwave was cracked along seam. Beds weren't made, covers were just thrown over. Coffee wasnt replaced, floor was very dirty, sticky. Room was cleaned but i had to wash the stickiness off the floor, it was extremely dirty. Curtains wouldn't close all the way. Water went hot and cold when you were showering.

Great staff! The hallway had people screaming/fighting on our last night. Reported it to the front desk but not sure if security came in. The fight took longer.

Rooms are untidy, washroom so small

The hotel staff and services were really very good but the local neighbourhood is not the greatest. The Bar and Games facilities are attracting less than desirable clientele who hang around the guest entries. They also had a disturbance in the hotel which require Edmonton Police to evict the unruly guests during our stay. This seems to be occurring at all the West Edmonton Hotels. We have now encountered this at this and 2 other locations. The desk, service and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the restaurant was also reasonably priced, quick service and very good. The room was spacious, clean and otherwise quiet of traffic and other disturbances.

Very nice people good restaurant

The staff were great about pets only charging $10/pet. However the heat in the room on the 5th floor was too hot. Thermostat was off but the room was at least 25 degrees celsius and no fans or A/C. Also, the two queen beds were very firm.

Staff are excellent and everything is clean and quiet. So nice having the restaurant in the facility.

Had to change rooms twice. Too hot, boiler problems, but they quickly moved me

Descent room but the TV remote did not work. The remote was not fixed as requested.

Long hairs- tv that didn't work- I slept in my clothes - noise above until 3 am I made a big mistake staying there.

Unfortunately we did not enjoy the stay , they had a huge water leak ! The room was just ok, not enough light , the beds on wheels moves from the wall easily lol .

Drty room , shower fixed with tapes took me while to fix on my own

Thought he would be robbed or stabbed. Room was filthy. Vagrants were everywhere

Room was noisey and lacked paces to plug in supplied coffee pot and terrible choice of coffee and lack of fixings for beverage, lack of pillows and blankets.

Rooms were clean. Staff was amazing.
