Although the hotel room was small, it was quite comfortable. The amenities were complete, and the room was clean. The best part was the hotel's highly strategic location—close to Ueno Park, with plenty of dining options and convenience stores just steps away. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I would definitely choose to stay there again if I return to Tokyo

Hotel with a good location, near Keisei Ueno Station for people who are landing at Narita. Just a 10 minute walk from Keisei Ueno Station, right next to Ueno Park.

Very convenient location when travel to and from Narita Airport. There is no lift in the station exit close to the hotel but it was not a long stairs so manageable. Will stay here again for airport access.

APA was a good a hotel especially APA keisei Ueno Akimae. It is just apposite with Keisei Ueno Station where you can take a train straight to Narita aiport and vice versa. It was so convenient and easy to move around with your luggages back and forth from the airport. Highly recommended and we will be back again definitely. My boyfriend was so happy and really like APA. Service was good, staff are friendly and they have English speaking staff, room was clean and have all the amenities that you need. I got a good view from my room that I didn't expect that. We were so satisfied with the hotel. Thank you so much.

Great location, near station exit, many restaurants nearby. A 5-10 minutes walk from ameyoko shopping street, which offers variety of japanese cuisine and things you will probably want to take back home.

The room is smaller than other APA hotels. I don't like the table that protrudes and takes up a lot of walking space.

The room is small but clean & complete. The hotel staff can speak English well so you don't need to worry about language barriers. For a very strategic location in front of the Keisei Liner station, to Ueno station is also quite close.

Perfect location, especially for short stay in Tokyo. We took 2 night and choose this Hotel before our flight back. From Narita Airport it 's only take 3 minutes using Skytrain without transit in any station. With 3 big luggage it 's very helpul for us. The room is small but it has best design so we can manage well our stuffs and everything is complete in the room.

Hotel ini sangat pas untuk wisata ke Tokyo Jepang sekeluarga dekat dengan stasiun Ueno, juga ada mini market 7 eleven untuk belanja keperluan kita. Ada tempat belanja barang barang kebutuhan perjalanan di dekat Ueno. Wisata taman kotanya juga menarik.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, access is quite easy.

The hotel is great, staff is helpful. But during our stay, it is pretty warm in our room and the AC is centrally managed into a heater since it is on winter. They could not offer any solution except opening the window.
