Great place to stay.

Room was clean. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very Tasty, and the eggs with cheese, and cinnamon waffles were Epic. Pool was a bit cool, perhaps it was just cleaned and still warming. Lemon infused water at front desk was an Awesome Idea. Well worth the money. With 4 children and two adults this place was exceptional. Will definitely return.

This has been our 3rd time staying in this hotel and we have experienced hits and misses and this will be the 1st time I am doing a review. The Good: - First 2 stays were super except the one listed on the Not-So-Good. -breakfast has always been good, hot food remained hot and cold food remained cold. Kitchen staff considerate of me that they handed me a takeaway box for the rest if the family members that were sleeping. The Not-So-Good -1st 2 stays, staff were not that nice. Call wait is next to forever. Phoned them from our suite and did not give me proper answers to my queries and just hangs up, almost busted my eardrum- phone etiquette please. - Our 3rd stay, the room we stayed in the carpet was dirty. How did I know? We had a shower before heading to the hotel which means we are clean. Half an hour after arrival, our feet esp.my kids,were black-ish from running around the room. Lock in the bathroom door is broken and the light kept flickering. Tried phoning but of course no answer.

Staff were a bit rude …….

The free continental breakfast was okay. The pool area is clean. It would’ve been better if the slide had a transparent or opaque cover to let the light shine through. The interior of the slide was so dark and a little bit frightening (even to adults). The toiletries inside our bathroom were almost empty (shampoo and body wash). Noted couple strands of hair on top of the sink and in between sheets.

Overall, just had a wonderful experience! Being a single person, I felt very safe and comfortable in there.

We’ve been on a family roadtrip and this was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in, especially for the price! Staff was wonderful and the hotel was very clean. And of course the kids loved the pool and waterside. High recommend.

Decent hotel stay, but missed the mark on a few key areas. The hotel was clean, the room was clean… great start. The pool was a lot of fun and also clean and well-maintained. We booked the 2 Queen bedroom with pull-out couch. My husband and I are used to sleeping in our Queen bed at home. We tucked the kids into their beds, and crawled into our bed after a long day. We very quickly realized the bed was more like a double than a queen. Not the end of the world, but super disappointing to be told we had a queen bed and plan our sleeping arrangements accordingly. Two adults in a double bed made for a very restless and uncomfortable sleep. After a rough night, we proceeded to the free breakfast in the lobby. The choices were odd, one hot tray filled with sausage and hard boiled eggs, the next tray filled with scrambled eggs and more sausage. We travel frequently and see other hotels provide potatoes, bacon, etc on top of the eggs and sausage. There was an area with an assortment of oatmeal toppings (nuts, cinnamon, chocolate chips, coconut shreds)…. But no oatmeal?! The employees working the breakfast area seemed to be holed up in the work area off the breakfast area having private conversations and leaving the dirty tables and not filling the empty for containers. Would I stay again? Maybe. I’d definitely be looking at other options first. My priorities for a hotel: clean, good beds, half decent breakfast. This hotel managed to hit 1 out of 3.

Staff are accommodating

Wonderful stay, great breakfasts, and QUIET, despite obviously being a very busy weekend. (Baseball tournament) It's nice that it's right at the edge of the city (literally) with residential on one side and wide open prairie everywhere else. Probably won't be that way forever, but there's certainly very little traffic noise now!

Every thing was pretty good. The only thing we found odd was the smell in the room. It wasn’t smoked in and I can’t describe the smell. It just didn’t smell fresh.

Clean and good place to stop in for the night room was spacious . Kids enjoyed the breakfast and pool . Gym was clean and was a hotel gym nothing special good enough to get a quick sweat on.

Our stay was okay. The recycling bin in our room was full, the mattress covers on the beds were ripped and there was a stain on the cover as well.

Clean rooms, good breakfast. If I had a down fall is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator.

Ideal quiet area for its location outskirts of Regina. Great value for the amenities available. The pool was awesome for our kids. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming upon checking in.

Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious with a small area for sitting on a couch. Clean room, fair sized bathroom. Comfortable beds and pillows. We would definitely stay there again.
