Great hotel. Very hip and contemporary, yet classic customer service and attention to detail. Great breakfast: not just the cheeses, bacon & eggs, and wonderful breads, but also chia seeds, smoked salmon & cream cheese, salads and chicken. the common amenities are amazing. There is still and sparkling water on tap as well as the coffee machine, cookies, and fruit available at any time. There’s a deck outside the dining area with chairs and umbrellas. The hotel is three minutes from the train station and eight minutes from the Mediterranean by foot. I came here six months ago and I returned to use it as a base for visiting the Picasso Museum in Antibes, a nine minute train ride away.

Room was very clean, bed very comfortable and shower excellent I found room a bit hot and too noisy outside with window open. Noise only an issue if one opens the window!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I particular liked the central location, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The rooftop apertivo and small gym were nice additions. I could walk to everywhere in Cannes from this hotel and generally felt safe. The property is located next to the train station which made visiting other cities on a whim fairly easy. Highly recommend this hotel!

Dirty floor and bed

I had a wonderful stay. From the minute I checked in with Hanna, I knew this would be a special experience. She walked me through the rest area where I could relax and grab a coffee or water. She showed me the deck where I could cool off in the evening after dinner. It came in handy because it was so hot in the afternoon, I went to the air conditioned area and stayed cool until I could go out for a walk and dinner in the late afternoon. The room was small, but the layout was so clever that I felt very comfortable. Great bathroom and shower. I had a window that I could open to get fresh air from the direction of the sea. Unexpected great value for the money. And the location- close the the train station and a short walk to the beach and shops. WOW

We are told this is a business hotel hence there are no fridges and wardrobes provided in the room…for that sort of price you’d expect to have more than 3 clothes hangers. Difficult parking 100m away from the hotel and quite noisy location being next to Cannes Central Gare…didn’t do very well in researching the property before I booked, which is my fault too…

Cool, comfy accommodations after a hot travel day. Exceptional front desk staff. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Hotel lounge offering complimentary juice, coffee, snacks - fabulous. Equally fabulous bed/bed linens. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Excellent service

More than I expected, the reception area open 24x7 truly amazing food.

Very friendly staff. Great location. Extremely odd rooms with a very peculiar shaped toilet/shower room. It has timber slats with glass, meaning anyone in the bedroom can see directly in! Very odd indeed. We had a room at the front and it was extremely noisy at about 5am with trucks doing deliveries.

The AC in our room barely worked and wasn’t making our room cold. I called and complained about this several times and all I was given was a fan. They said the technician would come to our room but nothing was ever fixed. The nights were very hot. Also, our bathroom sink wouldn’t drain water and we had to wait until the next day to get it fixed. The sink was almost overflowing with water. In addition, my sister and I went up to the common area to have a glass of wine that we brought ourselves before dinner. We decided to stay inside in the AC because it was very hot out on the rooftop. The waitress came over and kicked us out, saying we weren’t allowed to bring in outside food/drink. Considering this was the only indoor common space, we should be allowed to bring in our own drink if we need AC. Also, the leather from the couch in our room was completely ripped. The rooms are small and it would be nice to offer a space where you can put/open up your luggage. Convenient location next to the train station.
