Staff were excellent

Not bad

I havebooked and paid for 4 nights but I checked out two nights earlier and I have asked for refund that I didn't receive

Clean, big room. Walking distance to many restaurants and supermarkets. Overall a very nice experience

Poor standards

The gym is too basic. 2 out of the 3 cardio machine did not work. More weight equipment needed and there was only one Mat. Cleaners need to do a better job cleaning the shower for new arrivals. Breakfast was decent. Chef did a good job. Cleaners was polite and friendly. Front desk needs to be friendlier.

The location of the hotel was excellent, however when it come to how clean it is, it was not. Old, AC has one setting only, bathroom water sometime smells, bathroom door doesn’t close. Overall, the hotel need renovation and maintenance. The reception service was great For parking, very hard parking unsafe very deep and steep parking ( I parked the first day then I start parking outside)

The hotel has many problem with maintenance and the staff is not helpful ichange my room two times first cos of fire smell and second cos of bathtub is not draining and maintenance came at midnight after i slept .

If you're doing business in olya it is ok any place else forget it

No extra bedding, safety box present but no operational details. No toilet rolls and not enough refreshments. Breakfast is not upto 4 stars standard. Location is very difficult to find without good GPS in the narrow streets.
