Ample parking is n the drive of a residential street with 2 pubs just a 10 minute walk down the road. Everything you could want really. Clean, shower, bathroom, wifi, tv, comfy bed. Oogeiybhreakfaet in the morning served by the owner who was very nice to speak to. Thanks very much

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was within walking distance of the city center and the host even offered to drive us to our appointment one day which we really appreciated. The room was perfect and fit our needs. Would stay again when visiting Chichester.

Flawless accommodation. So friendly and welcoming. Superbly clean room with excellent En-suite. Nothing was too much trouble and my hosts were very keen to make sure I was comfortable. I would stay again without hesitation!

A wonderful stay with some super-friendly hosts. The room and separate bathroom was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was cooked fresh and hot. Parking is super easy out front of the home, and highway access is very easy (with a nearby gas station as well). Plenty of dining locations with a 5-7 minute drive into the main part of Chichester. Overall, a very nice experience and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Stayed three nights while visiting Chichester. Welcomed warmly by polite and friendly hosts. Well situated with the centre of Chichester just a 15-minute walk away, so all amenities are within a short distance. Convenient on-site parking and the room and en-suite impeccably clean and decorated to a high quality. The dining room is spacious and nicely situated, with food well cooked and presented. We would highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay again when next in the area.

We received a warm welcome when we arrived. The room was comfortable and clean and the bathroom very clean. Breakfast each morning was good. Plenty of space for parking at the front of the property.

We stayed in the LA B & B over the bank holiday weekend. We were going to the horse racing track. The B & B is only a short 10-15 walk to the bus station where you can catch a free shuttle bus to Goodwood. Lots of places to eat and drink in the town centre. The owners were wonderful. Nothing too much trouble and has to be the cleanest place we have stayed. We had the en suite room. Loved our stay The only thing I would say is that on the information issued by Hotels.com it stated that Chichester Harbour was a 15 minute walk. This is certainly not the case as were in the town not the seaside Chichester harbour is actually a half hour drive away roughly 15.5 miles. Apart from the information being incorrect (not the fault of the B & B owners) we had the best time and sound definitely go back to LA B & B.

Excellent B&B. Hosts are lovely - go out of their way to assist you. Good location for walk into Chichester. Good location for visiting surrounding area. We had a 5 night stay and packed lots in while we were there.

The proprietors were very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was modern and scrupulously clean. The breakfasts were cooked to order and very satisfactory. The accommodation was well-situated in a quiet road on a bus route and within a mile of the City Centre. As 2 women holidaying together, we wished we could have had twin beds.
