comfortable room I super location

Weekend away with family ( all adults) Hotel Le Compostelle perfectly placed for us, located in a quiet street which was absolutely bzzimh during the day/ evening. Located opposite a small bar/bistro . Short walk to Notre Dame and Metro. Found a local market full of the most wonderful goodies! Hotel itself very clean, tidy and comfortable if not slightly dated. Staff were very welcoming and happily kept our bags for the day on check out. Close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Would definitely return

Perfect location and terrific staff. Bedding is very comfortable. Room is very small with very basic amenities. Not sure if all the rooms are as small as ours. I would definitely stay again for a quick stay, but not ideal space for a longer stay.

Property is an older boutique hotel. Service was very good, room was small and clean. Beds were comfortable. Mostly quiet except for periodic trash being emptied by neighbor. Sounded like lots of bottles being thrown out, not sure if the little, dark courtyard we faced was near a bar/restaurant? No WiFi in room. Decent stay, great location, easily walkable.

This hotel is in a fantastic location! That being said, the property itself definitely feels old.Two of the rooms on each floor open up directly onto the elevator lobby (as in 3 steps away) so if you have one of those rooms you will hear a lot of noise as people use the elevator. Staff was helpful and polite. Would consider more of a 2 star than a 3 star hotel.

The toilet was a bit tight with space but the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! Definitely would stay there again.

Typical of Paris, narrow unclean streets, many cigarette smokers everywhere, often difficult going for pedestrians due to construction of buildings and streets. The hotel itself though was quiet, room very small but clean, old building with odd floor plan, charming breakfast room, tiny shower & low ceilings not recommended for mobility problems, overweight, or tall people. Pleasant staff. OK breakfast. A few blocks from Hotel de Ville Metro stop.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. They stored our luggage for us when we arrived before check in time and on the day we left which gave us time to explore the city without having to worry about our luggage

The hotel’s location is ideal, situated in the city center and close to the metro, just a 15-minute walk, with plenty of shops nearby. However, the room I stayed in was very small, particularly the bathroom, which would be quite inconvenient for taller or larger individuals. Additionally, the showerhead had very low water pressure. The room lacked air conditioning, and with only a small window, it became extremely hot during the day, especially in the sweltering August afternoons in Paris. The hotel provided a small fan, which made it just bearable to sleep at night. There were no slippers provided, so be sure to bring your own. On a positive note, the hotel staff were very friendly and willing to offer advice and assistance. However, at £112 per night, I found it to be a bit overpriced.

It is a great location. Near lots of great restaurants, cafes, shops and easy transport (metro) to anywhere you might want in Paris. The bathroom was new and very nice. It was hot and there is no air conditioning, but we knew that would be the case. Helpful and friendly staff.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The location is perfect, with lots of shopping and restaurants close by. We have two twin beds, and my son and I slept well. Just remember these rooms do not have air conditioning, if you are okay with that this is will be a great hotel to stay in Paris.
