Probably 6/10 rating. Not so bad however, areas to improve: 1. Housekeeping - some linens and towels not properly washed. There should constant cleaning of the rooms. 2. When giving welcome drinks, staff should orient guests of the amenities, facilities and etc that is available to be enjoyed by guests. I was not aware that there was a gym and kayak was free till I overheard other guests talking bout it. 3. Staff should be more proactive. 4. The room's interior is wearing off and some needs to be repaired or reinforced. 5. Make the rates lower or make the service at par with the hotel rates..
