Quiet location, allowed to check in early, very clean updated room with ability to cook.

Location was perfect, room was spotless, very comfortable beds and the staff was helpful

Highly recommended! They let us leave the bags 6 hours before check-in and also 4 hours after check-out. Very high-ceiling and comfy bed!

We were never notified that our room was ready even though they knew we had been in town since early AM. They told us to store our luggage at a nearby hotel, which we did. Later in the day we went back to that hotel and asked them to call and see if our room was ready. They guy said yes and to come over. We went over and couldn’t get in and we were never given codes. Luckily we got in when someone else entered. But the door to the hotel was still locked. Thankfully a cleaning lady was still there for 30 more mins and opened up and called the manager. After a lot of back and forth we got into a room and finally. If she was gone already we would have been out of luck. Not a great way to start the trip at all.

The apartment was very spacious. Shower was great. Very good location.

Our room was clean and spacious. I loved the modern bathroom, high ceiling and decoration of the room. The sofa bed for our two children wasn’t very comfortable and was very creaky. The location was great for getting around Barcelona.

The property was in a fabulous location, within walkable distance from many attraction as well as transport. The building itself is beautiful, and the rooms are a lovely mix of modern and traditional features. I was a little apprehensive about the reception being unmanned sometimes, however the instructions for check in were so clear and easy to follow and the self check in was smooth and easy. All staff I did see at times were friendly and answered questions if needed. Overall a fabulous stay in a wonderful building. We would definitely stay here again.

Difficult to find, as located on one floor of an older building that has been converted to hotel rooms done with plywood - Functional but slightly rough overall.

Clean, convenient staff was efficient, communication was a little bit lagged but they still made a great effort and everything was seamless as we arrived off hours of the night & they communicated well to get us in. Even upgraded us to a better unit. The room was very clean, comfortable & fully equipped w/ kitchen essentials as we just bought fresh produce & ingredients from the local market to cook. Bed was a bit too soft for me so if you’re in to soft beds, it will be good for you. We had a sofa bed which was firm so I loved it. A/C was very cold if you need it. Overall would recommend staying there & we would again when we go back! Thank you to all the staff of Casa Abramita!

Excellent customer service

I cannot say enough about this place. Please go there. It’s beautiful and you have beautiful views as well as dining options and it’s right by the cathedral de Santiago.

Place was great….. old and quaint which was lovely. Room was spacious with good facilities. Only comment I would point out is your room is not serviced….. no new towels etc. Other than that place was great
