Slightly odd location, but actually very convenient. Excellent staff. Comfortable room, but the whole hotel is feeling a little old and needs to be refreshed

I liked the front desk staff. If not them we would cancel our reservation and go to the other hotel. Location and room sizes were shocking, breakfast very limited. Preserved fruit served in the summer, etc

Really convenient to get to main tourist area. Staff difficult to find at Reception on several occasions. If you’ve got a car make sure you book a parking spot.

The hotel seems to have seen better days. The base in the shower was coming off the wall and had mold behind it. There were a few broken things in the room (e.g., the face plate came off the outlets in the bathroom when unpluggin the hair drier). The room had a large balcony which looked out over the bay but the furniture could have done with a wipe down. The garage is undergound and accessed with a car lift which was not for the faint of heart. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the bed was comfortable but the hotel could do with some maintenance.

We had a perfect stay at this hotel. Quirky design, underground parking, large room, excellent location and perfect staff.

Friendly staff, very spacious room, comfortable bed, good shower room. A few ‘teething troubles’ - one of the sockets providing power to the coffee pod machine not fixed to the wall, toilet roll had been wet and left to dry out - not acceptable. Coffee pod machine is a waste of time! Parking right outside door of hotel was great, easy downhill walk through little streets to main area. Very nice breakfast. Convenient for 1 night stay before catching ferry.

Art Hotel was in a good location great views over the port from room. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable room

Lovely little hotel. Perfect for nice evening walks as it’s super close to anything you need. Room was clean and taken care of. Only downside was the AC is it didn’t work too well.

The check-in was friendly and the staff were always happy to see us. The room was comfortable. We liked the stylish and artful decor in the corridors. We didn't have any problems.

We stayed here on the last night of our trip before catching ferry. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice, close to town/bars/restaurants but immediate surroundings of hotel were residential flats and the hotel was definitely out of place in its surroundings. Very glad there was secure parking (for which there was no additional charge 👍) . Only negative about the actual hotel itself was no fridge in the room.

Nice hotel, stylish decor, large room, very comfortable bed and nice friendly staff. Slightly strange location in a residential district but close to good bars and restaurants. Good breakfast.

Had a fabulous stay, the hotel was really excellent, and the staff are superb, great garage parking for the motorbike, and a short distance to many great bars and restaurants highly recommended

Nice hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Clean and bed was comfortable. The only thing was air conditioning wasn’t great but as high up we was able to open window and it was quiet. Breakfast was good lots of choice for continental.

A very warm welcome at the ArtHotel when we arrived from the ferry - we’d requested a parking garage space for our bike and reception could not have been more helpful with advice about the locality and a town map. Our room was modern and very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent in terms of choice and also freshness & hygiene. We will definitely stay again. We loved the quirky modern art styling throughout the hotel and were delighted to meet Manolo, the hotel cat.
