Intercontinental did not disappoint:) We are used to the Embassy Suites and while the buffet breadsticks is better there, this hotel is immaculately kept and the service was great! Clean and the bathroom was beautiful! Will return!

I was very disappointed, though staff were very friendly and made efforts to fix the situation. In a 5 star hotel, beds were extremely uncomfortable, hard, felt old and to top off had a roach in my room.

The property HAD a horrible humidity smeñl from the moment you enter and the AC in the room doesn't cool at all. Was hoping for a better atmosphere.

The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. In celebration of our anniversary, they upgraded our room to a suite—and it was absolutely glorious! Spacious, elegant, and with breathtaking views, it truly made our trip feel extra special. The on-site dining options are impressive, but the sushi restaurant is an absolute must-try—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The spa experience was equally amazing. I highly recommend the deep tissue massage for total relaxation. The salon was top-notch as well. The pool area, the jacuzzi, and the bar service all exceeded expectations. Everywhere you turn, there’s something to enjoy, and the hospitality is consistent throughout. If you’re staying in the capital area, this hotel is a must. I’ve already booked my return trip in two weeks—because once you experience this level of service and these stunning views, you’ll want to come back again and again.
