We stayed in the pet room with our two cats. Pleasantly surprised at how specious it was, with large sitting area, good sized kitchen, table and separate bedroom. The cats were soon settled in, which was important since our stay was for a week. The mandatory cleaning service after 3 days went ok , as they allowed me to organize a time that was convenient for my schedule and to get the cats secured. Comfy clean bed, nice bath etc. Overall it was a great stay during a stressful situation and the hotel staff were very flexible and accommodating.

Came from out of town for 2 days ofhaving my neck assessed by a specialist and had WCB book my room. Nice clean hotel, front desk person was very nice bed was nice and comfortable, great water pressure and the room was on the backside of the building which was nice due to the very busy road out front. Best thing was the Dr. Office was right next door so i could just walk. Overall the hotel was very good.

Our room was a fixer upper... There were visible patches on the wall, our toilet seat was not anchored and moved around it also ran for a long time before filling up. The hotel itself was run down looking... Peeling wall paper, broken tiles, visible paint chips all over the building and torn carpets. There was even a water leak in the middle of the restaurant !!! Service was excellent as was the restaurant food as it's delicious and very well priced.

I've stayed here many times over the years. The rooms are clean, quiet, and the staff are professional and friendly. The food on-site is delicious!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We stayed here for a concert and they shoved 8 of us in 1 room because our second room was not ready, understandable. However they gave us 2 rooms with a single bed in each even though we had booked and agreed on 2 queen beds in each room. Not to mention the horrible quality of the outhouse they stuffed us in, straight out of a murder movie. There were leaky windows and unclean bedsheets, at this point we were fed up. We had then compromised on a cot for each room free of charge, but they continued to charge me with the cot fee, they didn’t even set up the cot for us. They left it standing in the doorway making it difficult for us to get in, and essentially left us to figure out how to set it up with zero instructions. The management in this hotel is utter garbage and they don’t even make up for their mistakes. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
