In general, the price is cheap so you don't have to ask for much. Renting to stay and travel is fine, but if you want to enjoy the resort like its name, it's not enough. Good cheap price

The accommodation is clean and convenient to travel. If I have the opportunity to come to Chiang Mai, I will stay here again.

The room is spacious, clean, and the view is better than the price. The bed is good, but the mattress is not too soft.

The room is very bad, old and not as advertised at all. It smells musty and the lights are flickering on and off. The elevator is very scary. They should make a new elevator. The room is not soundproof. Other rooms are very noisy. I checked in and went out. When I came back, I checked out and left immediately.

September 29, 2024: Booked through the App, got room 305, promotional price 283.5 baht, cash key deposit 500 baht. Good room, spacious, clean, air conditioner cold, bed comfortable, wifi strong, hotel location is next to the road. There is a swimming pool here but you have to walk past a restaurant so you didn't go. Inside the room there is a hair dryer, hot water kettle, safe, two elevators available. **What was not okay was the security guard who didn't direct traffic, just stood there and stared. And the front desk who was indifferent to customers, spoke politely but stiffly, which is the style of B2, it's the same everywhere, but it's not an obstacle to staying.

I am one of those who have stayed here often, almost ten times. But this time, I felt that the hotel was very run down. The room was quite damp and smelled. Compared to the price, I was quite disappointed this time. I hope that it will be renovated to be as good as before.

Very very old room. Quite dirty. A lot of dusk everywhere I touched. Why do you label it as"Premier"? Pictures shown in app app are deceiving. Actual room condition is much much worse. Never want to stay here anymore ever.

เกิดไฟดับในช่วงเวลาที่กำลังจะเข้าเช็คอิน ซึ่งทางโรงแรมไม่สามารถจัดการหรือให้ข้อมูลการดำเนินการแก้ไขยังไงให้ลูกค้ารับทราบ และยังไม่ยอมรับโทรศัพท์เพื่อสอบถามข้อมูลแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาเลย ทำให้เสียทั้งเวลาและความรู้สึกกับการเข้าพักในครั้งนี้
