This hotel has no kettle and slippers.

Clean, accessible and kind hosts

Broken a/c and asked for it to be fixed but wasn't...elevator opens up to dark hall like in a horror movie....wall paint looks unfinished...on plus side free breakfast, and bathroom is decent

Chosen for its proximity to the airport as had to be there 0530. Excellent location for airport and city centre. U3 train is a short walk away, connecting to the S7. For early start, 0430, we didn’t risk a tram not turning up and easily walked the half hour to an S7 station. Quiet location with own restaurant- food offered and provided on our late arrival. Very friendly and helpful ‘staff’. Comfortable and clean room. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

A great stay for a short visit. The station is close by and it's easy to navigate and travel into the centre. The staff were very accommodating and absolutely lovely.

Excellent for easiness to get into Vienna centre, metro so easy and clean. Hotel perfect for us with a plentiful breakfast

They are cleaning their room after 4 days of my staying and didn't change the blanket sheet for the bed for 1 week. When I ask manager about this one they told me this our policy

Most amazing hotel service we had in Europe.Emre who was the front desk/cook was just the sweetest, gave us amazing tips to get around Vienna. Definitely will stay here again

Great hotel

We arrive at night and the room was never cleaned from the day before no clean towels bed not made hair all over the room it was horrible. The night clerk said he couldn't do anything so we just sleeped in our clothes on top of the bed as we were flying out the next morning. Run away from this one as the service is horrible.

Very close to the metro. Excellent reasonably priced food. Nice breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. The bedding could be better. There was a fridge and sink but no microwave.

Clean, comfortable, quiet place not far from the airport. Price was also very reasonable.

Quiet hotel with spacious, well thought out rooms and a delicious buffet breakfast.

Fantastic for a short stay, would consider for a longer stay next time. Good for solo travelers or couples. Doors were a bit weird to open but staff was very helpful with it.
